We recently rolled out one of the biggest updates to 913.ai since we launched. A redesigned interface, smarter features, and a faster experience across the board.
But this wasn't just a visual refresh. Every decision we made was rooted in one goal: making 913.ai feel effortless for every user
Less Clutter, More Clarity
Over time, we noticed something. Features we had built and placed front and center weren't being used as much as we expected. Instead of helping users, they were getting in the way, adding visual noise and making the interface feel overwhelming.
So we made a deliberate choice: if something isn't used frequently, it shouldn't take up prime space.
The result? An interface that feels immediately lighter and easier to work with.
Designed Around How You Actually Look at a Screen
One of the things we spent a lot of time on was something most people never consciously think about: where your eyes naturally go when you open a page.
We mapped the natural reading and scanning patterns of our users and redesigned pages around that. Important actions and key information were moved into the user's natural line of sight. The first thing you see when you open a page is exactly what you need to act on.
This is what makes an interface feel intuitive. Not because it's simple, but because it's thoughtfully arranged.
The Chat Is Your Home Base
Our users spend most of their time in the chat talking to the agent, getting work done. So we asked ourselves: what if everything could be done from there?
That thinking shaped a lot of this update. We redesigned the experience so that the chat page is the center of everything. Your chat history lives in the sidebar. New features are accessible without ever feeling like you've left the conversation. Your workflow stays uninterrupted.
You shouldn't have to jump between pages to get things done.
Built for Everyone
Many of our users are not software professionals. They are lawyers, insurance specialists, and business teams who rely on 913.ai to get real work done, faster.
This update was built with them at the center. Every design decision: from reducing clutter to keeping the workflow in the chat, was made to ensure the platform feels accessible, not intimidating.
